Description: GNOME Shell extension: a top bar whose opacity follows the wallpaper
Makes the GNOME Shell top bar transparent over the desktop, with an opacity
measured from the strip of wallpaper behind the panel: the lowest opacity at
which the panel text still reaches 4.5:1 contrast, within limits you set.
The bar turns solid under a maximised or fullscreen window, in high-contrast
mode it stays opaque, and with reduced motion it changes without animating.
 .
After installing, log out and back in once, then enable it with
 `gnome-extensions enable transparent-top-bar@spencercnorton.github.io`.
