Description: Blur.BlurEffect with corner radius support for GNOME Shell
A standalone library exposing Blur.BlurEffect through GObject Introspection,
with the corner-radius clipping that gnome-shell's own ShellBlurEffect does
not offer. Extensions such as Blur my Shell use it to round the corners of
dynamic (background-mode) blur, which cannot otherwise be clipped: a
background-mode blur paints its backdrop before the effect chain continues,
so any later Clutter effect only ever sees the empty actor.
 .
The library is linked against one mutter ABI, and the package depends on
the matching libmutter runtime. When a GNOME release moves to a new mutter
ABI, apt removes this package instead of leaving behind a library that can
 no longer load.
